candidates’ technical skills and experience with the ever-changing needs of our
clients. Many of our recruiters and sales representatives have previous technical
or engineering experience. But it’s people like you that drive our database,
enabling us to produce qualified candidates for our clients on demand.
What we do
While we are not looking for jobs specifically for you, we are helping our client
companies identify specific, qualified candidates for their employment needs.

How we do what we do
When one of our Account Executives is given the order for a new job opening,
we immediately conduct a search of our resume database looking for matching
keywords. Every time your experience and job skills are the same as the
requirements of the job opening, it’s a match! Think Resources will attempt to
contact you immediately, even as late as 9:30 p.m., so we can discuss this new
opportunity with you.
If a particular job doesn’t fit your needs, it’s OK. We will continue to call you any
time the keywords match until we find you a job, or until you tell us to stop calling.
Our services won’t cost you a dime because all fees are paid by our hiring clients.
Testing for better searches
From time to time, we conduct in-depth interviews and skills-testing for our clients
based on specific job requirements. These are techniques we use to better market
your skills and match you with a job situation where you can thrive. When one of
our staff calls to schedule one of these appointments, it could be the critical infor-
mation we need to match you with your next job.
